THE STAR CAFE

*Sigh* Today is not a good day. I have studied maths last night and was thinking that the test today will be alright. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out to be satisfying. Well, I cooked my lunch this morning. I have cooked some steam rice, and some salted vegetarian chicken(it’s made of those bean curds I think).

Attended the maths lecture this morning and rushed to electrical system lab as soon as it finished. I have got full marks for my pre-lab and received my first lab report. I have got 91%. Hehe^^ Felt so happy for that. Today’s lab was not too bad. It’s much simple compared to the previous one. It’s simply just looking at the oscilloscope screen and tabulating the displayed results. David (my lab tutor) is helpful and he tried to make us understand about the unit. I used to not understand what he is talking about but he does repeat to us all the time when we are in trouble.

I have done something stupid today. I was supposed to measure the resistance of the resistor using the digital multimeter. And what I have done was I tried to measure the resistance of the wires by not realizing it. I looked at the screen and was so annoyed that I couldn’t get the resistor that I was looking for. And the value displayed on screen was so much lower. Haha^^ how silly am I. Anyway, I had an hour break after finishing my lab session and heated my food at the common room. Wang Na had brought some food (some marinated and chicken which filled with some cheese and spices and cheesecakes!!!) from the restaurant that she is working at and we shared some of those.

I attended the maths lab and had sat for the supervised quiz. Well, it wasn’t well. I got 92% and it was considered low. *Sigh* Anyway, it is all over. I’m having headache since Wednesday and it made me feel so tired. Jia Ling is going to stay with me tonight. Hehe^^ so looking forward to stay together again. During last semester, both of us were so playful even this semester. We rushed back home everyday after we finish our classes just to watch Hong Kong dramas and eat Smith’s potato chips. That was crazy. There was once that we bought more than 10 packets of that in a day. And the cashier was asking me if we are having a party. I said that that’s only for two of us. Haha^^ He got a shock aye. By the way, I was waiting for the bus just now at the uni. Again, I did something silly. I tried to tag on with my student card, but not my Smart Rider card. Damn. What am I doing? I was so embarrassed for that. Anyway, it’s over. Hehe^^ another funny experience I have got.
